2022 Annual SnoMoles' Cookout & Poker Run

The 2022 Snomoles' Annual Cookout and Poker Run will be:  February 19th, 2022 --- SNOW or RAIN!

RE: We are on Pool Pond. (Not Contoocook!) Follow the signs on Trail 4, (the railbed) as well as when you come onto Pool Pond on trail 403 (from Pearly Pond). 

 

COOKOUT (11am - around 3pm):

The cookout is $10. - All you can eat. Kids 12 and under are free.

Hamburgers, hot dogs, soups, salads, chili, chips, soda and more. 

We will be around from 9am to accept any dishes you might like to share. We will begin feeding everyone at 11am.

COOKOUT - food donations:

Still plenty of time to think of a dish to bring for this year's cookout! Dishes can be dropped off at 62 Mountain Rd. in Rindge any time after 9am. We will have tables set up with power for crockpots etc. as well as hotplates for keeping any single use aluminum baking dishes warm. Cold salads are fine as well, macaroni, potato, garden etc. Let us know if other arraignments need to be made. Please label any dish/appliance you wish returned with your name. We can then make sure that it gets back to you.

THE POKER RUN (9am):

$20 for 5 hands. Extra cards are available for $5.

Registration - 8:30am 

Poker Run - 9:30am - ~2:00pm (EXACT time will be conveyed when you start.)

Poker Hand Tallies - ~2:00pm - Done

***We really would appreciate some help with the poker run this year. Come to the meeting Tuesday 2/8 at the Woodbound (Meeting Info) and talk to some of those that set it up. Ask what is needed and if it’s something you can help with…. again, we’d appreciate it.

SILENT AUCTION - 2:00pm - 3:00pm 

Tickets will be available all day to enter the drawing(s) of your choice.

Where to park... 

Depending on the snow there will be a number of places to park. As of this writing, Trail 4, (the railbed) is ridable from Jaffrey to Keene. That means there will be a number of places to park.

This is our clubs primary fund raiser for the year. Funds raised help aid in updating equipment, repairs, fuel and repair materials mostly.
